how can i use simulation value(i used workspace in matlab simulation) in matlab function?

i want design a circuit in simulink that can when input value become 90% ,output have more speed to change .(i used integer)

i used a to workspace block after input constant to compare this value ;

because in switch block we cant used variable value , i used function block to solution but i dont know how can calling this value in matlab function
