How do I merge two requirements sets with different justifications?

I have added one justification to my requirements set on branch A as well as on branch B. Now I want to merge branch A into branch B, but I do not find any option to do so.

This could maybe work but it is extremly laborious because therefore I need to manually move one of the requirements set files to the other branch. And I also get an error that not all models are loaded but they are. I think it has something to do with the fact that the link is between the justification and the requirement and not between a model and a requirement.
