Computational capability difference between Student and Academic Versions

I want to use MATLAB and its certain toolboxes (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistical ones etc) for my graduate thesis research.
I wanted to know which one should I purchase so I don't feel any problem in terms of computational limitations. Because price wise, there is a huge difference. For instance same tool box is USD 6 in student version and USD 220 in academic version, so is this only price difference or any functionality difference as well?

The functions are the same, only the license is different.
There is a difference in which exact toolboxes are available for each license type, but if they are available, they have the same contents.
