Optimization&Monte_Carlo_Simulation in MATLAB Question.zip

I am trying to solve a minimization optimization using quadprog in MATLAB. I do not really understand the results i am getting that is why i have attached a zip file that really explains what i am doing in depth.Please help cause I am really new to MATLAB and optimization.

1). A zip file that contains my detailed explanation of my project and the questions I have (related to using quadprog optimization and Monte Carlo simulation in MATLAB) in a README text file.

2).The Scripts and data to exactly replicate my results and project in MATLAB.
