extracting sub matrix from a cell array

data: 2 x 1 cell array =
[ 378063 x 12 table]
[ 377840 x 12 table]
I use the following codes to extract sub matrix from data:
array_1=data{1,:};
array_2=array_1{:,3:8};
Is there a way to create the array_2 matrix using only "data" variable without creating array_1 and array_2 ?

data1 = data{1}(:,3:8)
