I encountered a similar issue when exporting an empty scene. This error typically arises because the OpenDRIVE file structure requires certain elements to be present, even if they are empty.
As a workaround, I recommend trying to export your scene using RoadRunner R2024b (latest version yet). In this version, the issue appears as a warning instead of an error, allowing you to proceed with the export.
Additionally, ensure that your scene includes basic elements like a road and other required components to comply with the OpenDRIVE schema requirements. This can help avoid warnings or errors in future exports.
