How to convert .mdf files into .mat files ?

Hi ,
I dont have "Powertrain_Blockset" therefore cant use mdf fucntion for the conversion.
But I have CANPe tool. How can I convert /mdf files in matlab with the help of CANape tool ?

I tried that, couldn't work well. I am just looking for raw script or fuction which can do this job.

Do not use that very poorly concieved and outdated MDF importer. It was updated and corrected here:

CANape can export

That particular page is talking about export to CSV, but notice in the images that it has MATLAB export too.

Please note that there are also functions to read MDF files in Vehicle Network Toolbox. Once you read the mdf file, you can export the data into a .mat file format.
