I have a system which is of the form dx/dt=A(t)x. I want to solve this system, so that I can form Monodromy matrix.

It actually depends on whether you want a numerical or a symbolic solution.

1.) For numerical solution

These would be helpful

2.) For Symbolic Solution

(A) You can use MuPAD

(B) Use The Symbolic Math Toolbox interface
