Error using reshape when reading a file exported from chipscope pro

I am getting an error when reading a *.prn file which is exported from chipscope pro The error is:
ERROR USING RESHAPE
SIZE ARGUMENTS MUST BE REAL INTEZERS

just that line.....!

We don't have that program - it's yours, not built in to MATLAB. What happens when you step through your code with the debugger. If you say you don't know how to debug your program, then I'll refer you to this: http://blogs.mathworks.com/videos/2012/07/03/debugging-in-matlab/

Thanks Guys. I converted the buses to decimal and ya it resolved my error.
