convert .dll extension type code to matlab codes

I have some codes with .dll extension.I want to convert it to MATLAB format.How to do it? Thanks!

There is no known tool to do that. .dll is compiled binary code that was not written in MATLAB, and might make use of instructions that have no MATLAB equivalent.
Sometimes you can find tools to "decompile" .dll into C or C++ or .NET
