Problem 1304 deals with Hermite polynomial of the physicist's type.
In this problem, Return the n-th Hermite polynomial of the probabilist' type.
Assume that n is a non-negative finite integer.
Examples:
 hermite_poly(0)
 ans = 
     1
 hermite_poly(1)
 ans = 
     1     0
 hermite_poly(2)
 ans = 
     1     0   -1
Neither string operations nor interpolations are allowed!
