This function receives as an input raw flow data and breath indices from any metabolic cart, flowmeter, or pneumotach, and extracts key features from individual breath shapes. Variables such as peak flows, symmetry, concavity, and irregularities are visualized and quanitified against evidence-based thresholds.
Can receive data type timetable or a scalar struct as input, such that a continuous workout (i.e., CPET) or intervals (i.e., HIIT) can be analyzed.
