Benchmarking of 1 image verses repository of images

Objective:
The utility demo illustrates an example of a benchmarking site when building a test-suite framework. The example compares an image with a repository of images by using PSNR.

For referencing when considering building a framework or part of benchmarking test suites.

* This uses a utility patch for re-ordering files, which considers the length of the file name as well.
