This function calculate PA=LU factorization of a square matrix using "partial pivot".
The standard call is: [L U P b2]=lumy2(A,b); in which A and b represent respectively
the system matrix and the known term. The output are: the lower and up
triangular matrices (L U) and P is the permutation matrix; finally b
represents the permuted known term.
