This function resize 3D image along the third diemnsion
it uses matlab imresize to resize slices along the third dimension
input: x: 3d matrix
f: resize factor , for more info use: help imresize
output: resized 3d matrix, type is double
Example:
x=rand(400,300,100);
y= imresize3D(x,0.5); % new height and width will be 200 and 150
whos x y
