Matlab App that allows an easy conversion between molar concentration, mass concentration and mass fraction of any solvent in solution

How to use:

Select what you want to convert,
Enter the value(s). In case multiple values should be converted please use one of the following formats: [1, 2, 3, ...], [1,2,3...], [1 2 3 ...].
Enter the molar mass of the solvent.
Enter the density values (same format as concentration input values).
Select the desired output concentration.
Press "Convert!"
