Plots randomly deposited lines of lengths between lmin and lmax on an area defined by sw and sl (substrate widht and substrate length. total number of lines (tubes, nanowires whatever) is n and each line can be bent after length ps (each line consist of segments of lengths ps). flx define flexibility of how much angle two adjacent segments can have.
