I am working on the analysis of protein arrays and I have developed software for HTS assay development for the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and the USA.

Furthermore, I have experience in the analysis of array based clinical trial data and handling large data sets. I am a specialist in data normalization and the multidimensional data analysis> I have worked on the discovery of biomarkers. I have developed software packages using support vector machine learning and wrapper algorithms for the discovery of biomarker pattern and prediction of sensitivity and specificity of biomarkers as diagnostics.
