I had exactly the same problem (Matlab 2010b with Visual C++ 2010) and change to Visual C++ 2008 but the error message in the Test5 is still there:
HOST----------------------------------
### Test 5, Check host-target command communications with target PC 'TargetPC1': ... FAILED

TARGET----------------------------
Unable to load DLL dependency: KERNELL32.dll.DecodePoint
error:127
Could not load model; Corrupted File

Someone fixed it?
