Angel Torrado-Carvajal is an Associate Professor at the Medical Image Analysis and Biometry Lab, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and a Research Fellow at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging of the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He received a M.Sc. on Telecommunications Engineering (2010), a M.Sc. on Biomedical Engineering (2011), a M.Sc. on Computer Science (2014) and a Ph.D. in Medical Imaging (2016) from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC). He closely collaborates with the Pain and Neuroinflammation Imaging Lab at Martinos Center (MGH, HMS), and the Integrated MR-PET Lab at Martinos Center, the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR). His current research interests include image acquisition and processing techniques in novel Ultra-High Field MRI and simultaneous PET/MR systems.
