He received the B.Ing and M.Sc.A degrees in Electrical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. Since 1981, he is with the real time simulator at IREQ. In 1988-89 he was a trainee at ABB plant in Ludvika, Sweden. His works includes the design and testing of HVDC control models. He developed various models for transient analyses programs, including MATLAB/SPS, and the real time simulator.
Professional Interests: Simulation & study of HVDC transmission and control systems, modeling for transient analysis programs. Cognitive informatics.
