difference between Phase Response,Group Delay & Phase Delay?
in filter design and analysis,I dont understand the difference,to me its all same thing,freqency specific time delay

can Allpass filter exist that have same impulse response as some other "normal" magnitute cutting/boosting IIR or FIR filter?
I mean the gibbs phenomenon/ringing,so it rings like normal filter,the ringing is same freqency,same lenght,same loudness,same ...
