He conducts research and consultancy in Power Quality, Condition Monitoring, Time-Frequency Analysis, Smart Grid, Data Centre Energy Efficiency, and Green ICT. He has published over 50 papers and presentations at International Conferences and Journals. Currently, he is a technical member of BIS working groups ETD01 and ETD20. He has been a senior member of IEEE PES, IAS, PELS, and DIS for the last 20 years and a Member of CIGRE India and NFE CWC, Chennai.
