The Senior Leader, Field and Campaign Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand and usage for MathWorks products. The role involves working closely across sales and marketing teams to create and deliver effective marketing programs that align with the company's goals and strategy. This role has both worldwide and Americas responsibilities.

Responsibilities

 WW Campaign responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the strategy for building end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, events, webinars, and PR for consumption by our WW field marketing teams.
  • Build the internal relationships with field sales and marketing teams in all our regions to roll-up local initiatives that could be used in other regions, ensure that campaigns reflect business needs, and that campaigns are customizable to local needs
  • Understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to optimize and improve the campaign strategy and tactics.
  • Oversee the campaign budget, timeline, and resources. Track and report on WW campaign performance and ROI. Evolve measurement systems to better determine impact of campaigns on business outcomes. 

 Americas Field Marketing responsibilities

  • Partner with the head of Americas sales, aligning to regional sales objectives.
  • Manage two field marketing teams; one responsible for our large account business aligned to industries and the other responsible for new logos and developing account business
  • Manage the leaders of these two teams in using and adapting existing campaigns, creating new, localized campaigns and optimizing marketing delivery to meet the needs of their respective sales teams and priorities. Guide them in working efficiently, sharing resources when it makes sense, and creating custom work when needed.
  • In partnership with other marketing departments, develop and lead a strategy to drive engagement and revenue growth within key accounts. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify high-value accounts and develop personalized marketing programs. You will also manage and mentor a team of account-based marketing (ABM) professionals and ensure alignment with company’s overall strategy.

 Americas PR Responsibilities

  • Partner with the WW PR team to influence and leverage ww storylines, placements, story development and press releases.
  • Guide the Americas PR specialist in developing storylines suitable for topics not covered by the WW PR team, yet are integral to Americas business.  
  • Ensure integration of PR into Americas campaigns, including messaging, storylines, trade associations, and media.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 5 years management experience is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Creative and analytical thinker, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize results.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
