Responsibilities

  • Work as a primary support person to resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Work with team to coordinate vendor releases and internal releases.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and debug Salesforce code,configurations, and processes.
  • Oversee all administrative functions in Salesforce, including the creationand maintenance of user profiles and permissions.
  • Demonstrate Salesforce reporting knowledge and work to assist others with this functionality.
  • Configure and administer within Salesforce using tools like Lightning components, APEX, API, SOQL, and process automation tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications-Administrative focus.
  • Solid Troubleshooting experience.
  • Understanding and some level of experience with Agile Methodology.
  • ETL tool experience.
