Responsibilities
- Work as a primary support person to resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
- Exhibit solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Work with team to coordinate vendor releases and internal releases.
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and debug Salesforce code,configurations, and processes.
- Oversee all administrative functions in Salesforce, including the creationand maintenance of user profiles and permissions.
- Demonstrate Salesforce reporting knowledge and work to assist others with this functionality.
- Configure and administer within Salesforce using tools like Lightning components, APEX, API, SOQL, and process automation tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications-Administrative focus.
- Solid Troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding and some level of experience with Agile Methodology.
- ETL tool experience.
