Examples

Create a vector of quaternions and compute its nonconjugate transpose.

quat = quaternion(randn(4,4))
quat = 4x1 quaternion array

Create a matrix of quaternions and compute its nonconjugate transpose.

quat = [quaternion(randn(2,4)),quaternion(randn(2,4))]
quat = 2x2 quaternion array

Input Arguments

collapse all

Quaternion array to transpose, specified as a vector or matrix of quaternion objects. transpose is defined for 1-D and 2-D arrays. For higher-order arrays, use permute.

Output Arguments

collapse all

Transposed quaternion array, returned as a vector or matrix of quaternion objects. The size of Y is N-by-M, where the size of quat is M-by-N.
