how can i solve the problem of command 'evalfis' when executing a fuzzy program (sugeno type) with 3 i\p, 2 o\p and 9 rules?

I create a fuzzy program sugeno type using command newfis with 3 inputs and 2 outputs and 9 rules, but the program stoped working when it reached to the line that contain command 'evalfis' , I try to figure out what the problem is but no result. can anyone help me? by the way I attached an image for what occur in matlab program when I execute the program.
