Any one knows local minimization method for a function with no obvious function form in Matlab?

I have a local minimization problem for a function which has no obvious function form. I have read the methods in Mathwork. They all need some kind of function form. Does any one know some tool in Matlab to do that?
The function form can never be obtained. It is not also an implicit function.

What do you mean by ' no function form'? Perhaps you can define the problem, so that we may suggest a optimization algorithm for that

Please show us, how the function is defined. With only knowing, how it is not defined, it is impossible to find a solution.
