3d plot using triangular mesh and circumcenters.

I have two arrays x,y that are the vertices of a triangular mesh in 2 dimensions, I have an array that is a function evaluated at the circumcenters of the triangles (hence not the same size as the x,y arrays but equal to the total faces of the mesh).
Can someone help me visualise this function evaluated at the circumcenters but using the triangular mesh?
