Problems Creating Array of Tunable Systems

Trying to create an array of tunable systems (T3(:,:,midx) = ST1.getIOTransfer(..)) for use with systune. I'm getting a "The block with name "Control" has two or more conflicting definitions." error. Works the first time thru but chokes after that. Any ideas?

Is there any way you could attach the model and the script? If the model is sensitive, maybe a dumbed down version that exhibits the problem?
