i can't install the matlab . i clicked the button of download R2013b Products. but it was just loading... if you see the image , you will understand. how can i do... help me

Could be a firewall problem. I can never get all of them at work. I have to download them one at a time from their manual page because the group downloader doesn't work. So try that. Look for the link that says you can download individually.

i checked a firewall. but it is ok. before i formatted the laptop, i installed the matlab well... i had five times for formatted the laptop last night.
