How to start installation after downloading the matlab R2013b files

The installation did not begin by itself, and now i cannot find the installation file. How do i start the installation? All the files are downloaded.

Which operating system ? And which directory do you have your browser set to store files into? Did you use the download agent ?

I'm having the same issue, the download agent isn't launching, so I manually downloaded the files and then started the installer, but the installer tells me that it can't find any of the files and that they need to be downloaded. I placed all the files in the same folder as the installer, I don't know where to put them so that the installer can find them. Please help, thank-you. Also is there any way to return and be refunded for matlab if this doesn't work?
