I have designed an precision rectifier hardware and got the rectified output but am not getting desired waveform when i simulate it using simulink.May i know where i went wrong?

Your TPF7 line is connected to pin 2 of the GRN/R(42) block but it should be connected to pin 1 in your diagram.

Rephrased version:
We do not have any idea where you went wrong. You have not shown us your model, you have not shown us your expected output, and you have not shown us the result you actually got when you simulated.
Your question in its existing form is as if you had written "I wanted to drive my sedan to Los Vegas but I ended up somewhere else instead; what went wrong?" Even the guys on Car Talk would need more details to be able to answer.
