2 СPU on Matlab with VM

I have machine with 2 XEON CPU (6 threads each + HT)/128GB RAM I want Matlab to use all CPU and cores. The recent idea is to do the following: 1. Windows 7 as host 2. 2 VM with linux and matlab on each + distcompserver (Virtual box for vm's) 3. make cluster on host machine with two nodes (2 vm's) and 24 workers (up to 12 on ech vm).
Is there any sence in such operations?
