I need to do something like this, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4wGKfO2-xM But less difficult. Dont worry about color on each Truss Member. I know I can do it on SimMechanics. But is there another way?

Sure! Derive the equations and program it in MATLAB or Simulink.
