Hello everyone... I have a set of images in a database. Now i need to capture certain images from a streaming video from my webcam. These captured images should be compared with the images in database and the matching image should be shown as the result. So which toolbox can i use for this purpose? Is it better to use neural network or any other? Kindly answer me..

I'd use the Image Processing Toolbox. Or the Computer Vision System Toolbox. Look up cbir for info on content based image retrieval - basically finding images in a database that match some query..
