Plotting a 3D contour for a set of values within X,Y,Z Coordinate

Hi all ,
I have a set of points each point has x,y,z position in the grid for each position I have a value v.Please, how can I present these specific X,Y,Z coordinate with value V as a 3D contour.

Without knowing more, I suggest starting with interp3 and then meshgrid (the link to which is at the end of the interp3 page).
