error of placing more than one instance of same processor specific block in Embedded Coder

Hi all.
I have a MatLab R2011b and Embeded Coder. I need to carry out automatic code generation for TMS320F28035 MCU. My model consist of a two function call subsystem triggered by C2802x/C2803x Hardware Interrupt block. Each subsystem include a few general blocks and processor-specific blocks. A writing in ePWM1 period and duty register is carry out at the end execution every subsystem. When I place ePWM1 module in every subsystem, error "The PWM module ePWM1 is already used by another block" is generated. How I can solve a this problem?
