How can I use the Genetic Algorithm (GA) to train a Neural Network and predict n steps ahead

I have use the code http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/100323 First, I do have one target output and 8 variables as inputs the problem that I have not good training. Second, how can I predict n steps ahead?
