Splitting a row matrix to different rows

I have a Matrix as:
A = [1 3 2 4; 3 1 5 0 ];
and I would like to convert it to a matrix like this:
B=[ 1 3; 1 2; 1 4; 3 1; 3 5; 3 0]
I would appreciate any help.

Here's one way, if I am interpreting your method correctly:
B = [repelem(A(:,1),size(A,2)-1) reshape(A(:,2:end).',[],1)];
