Creating unbalanced loads in Simulink

8 次查看(过去 30 天)
Hi all,
i am relatively new to Matlab and I am working in grid simulation. I would like to implement 3-phase loads but I want them to be imbalanced i.e each phase to have a different active and reactive power values. These values will be read from a csv file and assigned to each load on the grid. Since the Simulink Library has only 3-ph balanced loads what would you suggest me as the best and simplest thing to do? i thought of taking three 1-ph loads and create a subsystem but I do not think this is the right approach. Thank you very much for your time and help.

Why don't you want to use single phase loads?

I thought that it would not properly represent a three-ph load but I did it and it seems to work pretty well. Thank you for your quick answer!
