i am new in matlab. if i take image from camera. (fig 1)

 if i have to take top view of some part(fig 2) of image using matlab..how to do programing for that...plz help me..

the size of image doesn't matter only top view like this is required (fig 3)

Somehow you have to have robotics to move the camera. MATLAB can control the robot. Do you have some DLL to communicate with your robot?
