How to create and train a LSTM network for audio denoising in MATLAB

Good day,
I am currently attempting to create a LSTM network for audio denoising but cant find any examples on how to create and train the network to remove noise from an audio signal, is this possible, if so could an example be provided.

This example does not use LSTMs, but it should be useful:
