Normally Simulink is used to simulate dynamic systems, in other words systems of ode's (ordinary differential equations). I don't see any ode's in your problem description. I'm wondering what problem you are really trying to solve and whether Simulink is the appropriate tool.
I also don't understand your formula. You say A and B are from MATLAB, I assume x is vector, but what is Atg?
