How can I increase the size of the color bar values?

hello
I believe you want to have larger font for a better reading
simply create a handle associated with the colorbar and then you can modify any proprerty
example (a bit exagerated)
figure
peaks(25);
hcb=colorbar('ver'); % colorbar handle
hcb.FontSize = 15;
hcb.Title.String = "GDP range";
hcb.Title.FontSize = 20;
