Without Admin privilges you cannot write to the Programs folder - and this is a good idea.
Copy the file mexGPUExample.cu from the folder to a folder, which you have access to.

And if you make a modification to the original example files and make a mistake doing so, you could make it impossible to get back to those original example files.
