Simulink on Samsung GALAXY: How to show a plot on the device?

I am using the Simulink Support Package for Samsung GALAXY Android Devices to run Simulink models on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. I can read the sensors and process the signals. Now I want show the data in a plot on the tablet (something like the Simulink block Scope but on the tablet). Is there a simple way to do this?
A way would be to write an app that gets data from a Simulink model and plots it on the tablet. I do not have experience with app-programming. If somebody already has made an app with that functionality, it would be great he could share the code.
