capacitance for different geometries of conductors

Hi...I wanna calculate capacitance for single electron transistor in which my model is like there is a dot (circular conductor) between two rectangular conductors (left, right) and one rectangular conductor on top of that dot. Is there any easy way to get capacitance matrix for such system in matllab? All of conductors are of size in range of nm. can anybody help me? thanks
