How to create a 3D plot made of single X, multiple Y axes plotted at a fixed Z distance?

Hi there. I wish to plot my partial density of states using Matlab in the manner shown below (from M. Yuonesi. "Physical Study of Nano Ribbon and Tetragonal Bundled and Isolated Nano Tube SIC (7,0)". International Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 14, 1, 2018, 85-92.) I want to create a 3D plot made of single X, multiple Y axes plotted at a fixed Z distance. Can someone please guide on how to do it?
