Anyone having matlab2009 free setup It's urgent I want to run program on that.i am using 2014 but it is not working for my program.I need 64 bit setup

Why not just fix your program so that it works on the version you just bought? Since you have R2014 (a or b) you get tech support with it, so call the Mathworks, or ask us, to fix it.

Of course nobody will provide the setup of Matlab here. This would be illegal.
As far as I know, buying Matlab includes former versions also, so ask the tech support, if there is the possibility to download it legally.
